The Keystone Firefighter Conference was created by firefighters. After exhibiting at countless shows as FireCompanies.com Inc we saw a need for an easy, affordable trade show in the Southeast Pennsylvania area. This conference has been designed to be affordable and easy – not only for exhibitors, but for attendees as well.Having the conference at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center achieves these goals.

It allows for an easy, no-hassle and move-in and setup, plenty of free parking, world class restaurants in nearby King of Prussia, and first class hotels & restaurants. Also convenient for our use is the Center Ice hockey complex which will host our ice hockey tournaments, and Arnold’s Bowling Center is in the same parking lot which will host our Bowling Mixer.

A Conference Like No Other

The conference is operated and managed by firefighters, from the management, to scheduling trainers, Pride & Polish event, to the moving in and moving out on the trade show floor.
Not only are we taking great steps to ensure that you as the exhibitor will have have a great experience at the show, but we are also making sure that our attendees will experience the same. The events that we have planned will educate and entertain the attendees.

These events include:
* Two days of training seminars at the conference center
* 24 firefighter team ice hockey tournament
* Pride & Polish event at the conference center, our answer to a parade
* Saturday following the exhibits Celebrity Ice Hockey game, the Red Line Classic
* Saturday night Bowling Mixer at Arnold’s Lanes

Our Marketing Plan

We are actively marketing the conference at all major trade shows around the country. We have so far passed out over 11,000 post cards, we will continue to do this until our show in July.
